We are an association of independently practicing mental health professionals providing services to the community in the Inland Empire. Together we are committed to providing quality services that are individualized to meet your needs. As individual clinicians, we come from diverse backgrounds, education, training, and experiences. We offer counseling for individuals, couples, children/adolescents and families, as well as psychological testing.
Every now and then we experience difficulties in our relationships and find that we need to re-evaluate situations, choices, etc. Sometimes these challenges can become overwhelming, and you are left feeling unsupported, misunderstood or isolated. You don't have to face these challenges alone! Our goal is to help you uncover your true potential and personal empowerment, so you can get in the driver's seat of life. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
As we move through our life's journey, we form various relationships along the way. Relationships come in many different forms:
Relationships with a spouse, partner or loved one
Relationships as a parent with your child(ren)
Relationships with your own parents, siblings, extended family
Relationships with co-workers or bosses
Relationships with a mood state, such as depression and anxiety
Relationships that are toxic, such as drugs and alcohol
Individual therapy is designed to treat a variety of life's problems. This includes depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol abuse, work stress, family problems, parent-child relationship, and many more.
